At Camelon Exports, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since many of our products are handcrafted, we understand that you may have concerns or questions regarding returns or refunds. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  Note: Slight color or texture variations are natural in handmade items and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Customized or personalized items

• Items on sale or part of clearance stock

• Products returned without original packaging

• Delayed deliveries caused by courier/customs issues

3. Return Process

1. Email us at 📧 info@camelonexports.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item

   • Description of the issue

3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the item.

4. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 business days.

• Refund will be made to the original payment method only.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a replacement, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

• We will issue a replacement or refund, based on availability and your preference.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. In such cases, follow the return process if eligible.
