Rules

All exchanges and returns must be requested within 5 days of the invoice date for local orders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, you may choose to exchange your item at any of our boutiques in Singapore or through our online portal at www.retail.camelonexports.com . All return requests, however, must be submitted strictly online at www.retail.camelonexports.com , for both local and overseas deliveries.

Interpretation and Definitions

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of the invoice date for India orders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within India through our online portal at www.retail.camelonexports.com.
